Packaging & Shipping
Main machine: all rollers will be brushed unti-rusty oil, and packed with waterproof plastic film
Control box: be packed with thick cardboard, and outer side thick waterproof plastic film
All parts inside container will be fixed very well which can keep safety and fixed for long time sea transportation
1). Payment Term: 30% of the total contract value paid by T/T as down payment, the rest 70% of the total contract value to be paid by T/T after inspection by buyer in seller's factory while before delivery.
2). Delivery Time: The seller guarantees the equipment will be ready for shipment within 30working days after receipt of deposit from the buyer. This machine is in stock now
3). Service: We could send the technician to your country to fix the machine if you need.
4). Warranty: 12 months During the warranty, the replaceable parts are free, but the buyers need to pay for the shipping fee.We will also send one set CD and specification(Chinese and English) to you with the machine, they can teach you how to operate the machines.

We adopt the automatic length-fixed forming and cutting to guarantee the length to be precise and the finished product clear without deforming .

1.Q:How to maintain the machine?
A:Add mechanical lubricating oil to the chains,bearings and sliding track of cutting
device every month.Add mechanical lubricating oil to the reduction box every half a year.
2.Q:What is your machine's working life?
A:In the normal maintenance,using 10 years is no problem.
3.Q:What should I do if the machine is broken?
A:We will post you new spare parts instead of broken parts free of charge within warranty period 12 months.If you need us repair the machine,we can send our technician there serve for you,but your side should bear the costs.We provide the technical support for the whole lifetime.
4.Q:Could you make the machine according to my design drawing or sample?
A: Yes,we are specialized in designing and manufacturing special profile roll forming
machine.Our engineer has over 10 years' experience in this field.
5.Q:How many workers to operate the machine?
A:Only 1-2 workers.
6.Q:What is your payment terms?
Usually our payment terms is T/T,30% deposit in advance,the balance is paid after inspecting
the machine you ordered.L/C is also acceptable for some countries.
7.Q:Are you responsible for the transport?
A:Yes,we can deliver the machine to the port you appointed of your country.We have rich
experience on transport.
8.Q:Could you supply the raw materials?
A:Yes,we can supply the PPGI coil,galvanized steel coil and aluminum coil.
