Metal carved board, also known as metal surface embossed insulation decorative board, is collectively referred to as metal insulation decorative integrated board. High quality aluminum zinc (galvanized) steel plates are selected, and the surface is coated with high weather resistance special coating technology. Through the use of advanced relief carving technology in the world, the three-dimensional concave convex steel rollers are pressed to produce various relief three-dimensional brick patterns, stone patterns, wood patterns, and other patterns. The surface of the patterned steel plates is further colored through secondary coating to form a richer pattern color. The embossed patterned steel plate that is pressed out also increases its strength. The high weather resistant coating on the surface has extremely strong durability and self-cleaning properties, which can achieve 15 years of non fading. The service life of the steel plate can reach more than 45 years.
Production Line Display
The installation of metal carved boards is very simple, using concave convex joints and groove connections. The decorative board wings can be directly fixed on one side of the steel keel and wood keel with self tapping nails, and the flat surface of the cement brick wall can be directly fixed and installed with gas gun nails. No garbage generated, no construction noise, and can be reused multiple times.
