Product Description

Professional slitting line/slitting machine/coil slitter machine is used to let the steel coil to uncoiler, section shear and recoiler. Then the coil change in to some separate coils, which have the requirement length. This line is fit to machining cold carbon roll steel and hot carbon roll steel, tin, stainless steel and many metal plated coils.

The production line including uncoiler car, uncoiler, leveler, section shear, waste coil recoiler, pinch machine, recoiler, unloading set, etc.

Whole line is controlled by PLC, human and machine screen display, high automatic degree, control simple and convenient operation.

Hydraulic decoiler

1.11KW motor drives the decoiler running and the hydraulic drives it expand and shrink.

2.Expanding model: oblique slider is driven by hydraulic oil cylinder.

3.Max loading weight: 5T

4.Mandrel: 45# steel processed by heat treatment and the diameter is φ220mm.

Side guide device

1.It uses the vertical rollers of both sides to guide the plates into the slitting machine correctly.

2.The guide rollers are adjusted by the rods on both sides . The width range is 500-1250mm.

Function : it is used to prevent the sheet running to the wrong way. 

 

Slitter (55KW DC )

1.Power part: consist of the drive base, decelerator, 55KW DC motor, gear distributor box, coupling, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.

2.Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot(φ200mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device.

3.Knife pivot press down device adopts the motor to lift up and down.

4.It change the blades through moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast.

Tension stand
1.It is composed of the base,pre-dividing device, tension press device and so on . It is used to divide the strips and adjust the tension power for rewinding to ensure the rewinding quality.

2.It is designed with two dividing device and press device. One hydraulic block device and two roller device.

3.The press rollers are equipped with the air cylinder to control the lifting.

4.The two-roller device at the exit part is equipped with the hand wheel

5.The dividing shafts adopts the linear slider design which is convenient to change the slitting requirements according to cutting demand.

Recoiler (75KW DC) 

1.It is composed of frame, bearing seat , recoiling shaft, expandable device, supporting decelerator,75KW DC motor with low speed big torque.

2.It adopts the hydraulic expand and shrink to tight the coils inner diameter,the inner diameter is 508mm.

3.Designed with 8-fan-shaped plates which can be a round circle and machining as a whole to ensure the recoiling quality. It is designed with clip mouth and clip the strips heads.
