Packaging & Shipping
Packing Method:Main machine is packaged with plastic film
Transportation:All machines need one 40 feet container to hold
Payment Term :30% deposit by T/T in advance and 70% balance after inspection confirmation before shipment.
Delivery Time:Within 35 days after receiving deposit.
Installation (optional by the buyer)
a.After the machine arrives at the destination, the seller will send technician to the buyer's factory to install the machine if the buyer wants. The buyer needs provide some technicians to assist the installation work.
b.Installation period(The buyer should have been prepared for the steel sheet, foundation position the machine before seller's technicians departure): 5 days
c.The buyer pays the installation charges to the seller's appointed account before the technician departure: USD1,000 per set.
d.Training period: 2 days. (we can supply training on the operation spot if buyer needs)
e.The buyer pays the seller's technician: Travel cost outside China (including round flight charges), accommodation and foods (at least three-star hotel with air condition), solve the language problem, provide transportation from living place to the work place, and insurance out of China, etc.
f.With in 3 months after arrival of the goods at the port of destination, if there is no installment requirement from the Buyers, the goods should be counted as up to standard. Inspection standard is based on the technical standard signed by both parties and our company standard.

Terms of payment
1) Payment: 30% T/T prepaid, and pay the balance before shipping.
2) Delivery time: 30 working days.
3) Guarantee period: 12 months limited warranty starting from date of delivery. Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during warranty period have to be borne by the customer.
4) Spare parts: bearings, buttons, chains, magnetic valve, protective tube etc.
5) Installation and training:
a.If buyers visit our factory and check the machine, we will teach you how to install and use the machine, and also train your workers/technician face to face.
b.Without visiting, we will send you user manual and CD to teach you to install and operate.
c. COST OF INSTALLATION:
The buyer should pay the installation charges (USD 80 one man one day). To the seller's appointed account by T/T before the seller's technicians go to the buyer's factory. The buyer pays the seller's technicians travel cost outside China, including round air tickets fee, accommodation and food, provide transportation from living hotel to the work place, necessary communication, and insurance, etc.
