4.Packing and shipping 
 1. One 40ft container for loading one set machine with manual decoiler; 
 2. The whole Wiped Anti Rust Oil, PLC controller covered by foam film; 
 3. Spare parts and some small parts packed in plastic tooling box; 
 4. All Components Fixed by steel wire with Container.



5.Payment and Delivery 

Payment	There are 3 plans for you.you can choose the best plan.  a.30% T/T deposit in advance and the balance of 70% is paid after confirmation and before shipping.  b.Irrevocable LC at sight.  c.30% TT deposit, and balance DA 60 days for part of countries with extra charges.Please contact me for details if you need this plan.
Delivery time	1.With 45 working days after received deposit, we will finish the machine.  2.We will take photos and videos for your confirmation.  3.You need balance and make delivery within 1 month.After you send the balance, you can book container.  4.Once the container is confirmed, we load the container within 5 days.

Normally speaking, our customer follows the instruction book and can operate the machine well.?

You can also come to our factory to check the machine and learn how to operate before shipping. It only needs 2 hours and you can operate well.

 

3. I do not know about the machine and do not know how to install it. Can you install the machine in my factory?

If you need us to send engineers to your factory, you will pay for the travel expense such as visa, round tickets, hotel, food Salary of 100 USD per day per person (from departure from our factory, until we are back to our factory). You also need to take care of his safety.

 

4. What is included in the machine?

The process for work: decoiler→feeding→roll forming→measuring length→cutting to length→product to stand

The whole line includes a manual decoiler, roll forming machine and product stand. when you get the machine in your factory, you just need to do following 3 things, and then you can start working.

a. Put the machine on the flat level ground.

b. Inject gear oil and hydraulic oil.

c. Connect 3 phase electric wire.
